Planning and construction of a golf course with erection of one-family houses, age-residences, vacation houses and villas directly at, on and about the fairways of the golf course in the provinces Ragusa and Siracusa  (South - East - Sicily)

On whole Sicily it gives only one golf course only until now. (approximately 6 Mio. inhabitants)

The entire energy consumption of the golf course (stream, water, heater, refrigeration, heat-recovery, irrigation and drainage) shall generated with alternative-energy, collector-technology and photovoltaic.

Expected investment costs only for the golf course:

In accordance with our letter dated ' 97 10 30 at the EC the houses have the energy-calculation belonging to it at total output-demand at energy of approximately 18 kW heat - and / or cooling efficiency.

You want to sell your lifelong membership proportionate.
You have enjoyed your membership 20 years and want now to sell your property, house and membership. Calculation-mode is 50, for example for life long membership in years plus increase rate, plus Euro index immediately 20 years is:

40% =   5.000,00  €  von  12.500,00  €

The new owner had to would pay these 5.000,00 € for the membership at the golf club. (maximum restriction of 22.500,00 € for lifelong membership)
This is valid only with purchase of a house.

Each guest of that with them a flight forms and the vacation with you in the own house spends only half green fee pays.


Funding - Administration - Rental (amortization)

1.1     on wish rental of the object on the golf course. (Term 25 years)
1.2     For example: Rental per year at maximum 294 days (42 weeks), further 72 days stand the owner with it by the free disposal or rental.
1.3     the administration takes care of the tenants and cleaning of the buildings

The tenants must report the vacation-date with the administration 1 years in advance and must have confirmed in writing. How many days can be rented in the year follows the demand or your own-initiative

Contractually on 4 persons, that yields €      8.500,00

On the administration €      2.250,00
On the owner €      5.000,00
On 42 weeks / year = 21 contracts  €   105.000,00

Is your property and buildings paid with this system on the golf course or amortizes probably after 3 to 4 years. Further remaining 72 days to the rental are not taken into account
